The most action packed day tour possible from Dublin!

Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle, White Park Bay, Ballintoy, the Antrim Coast and one hour of free time in Belfast.

You cannot truly visit Ireland without a visit to the legendary Giant’s Causeway! Volcanic activity helped Finn McCool forge this wonder of the world some 60 million years ago. The 6km of sheer cliffs rising to over 90m and forming a series of bays are spectacular.

We include the all-new innovative and imaginative Giant’s Causeway Visitors’ Centre. You will be provided with free audio guides!

From the Giant’s Causeway to Belfast, and the magnificent rope bridge this tour has it all! Definitely the most comprehensive tour of Northern Ireland!

We spend an hour strolling along the windswept coastal path with amazing views to and from the rope bridge. Traditionally fishermen erected the bridge to Carrick-a-Rede Island over a chasm 23m deep and 20m wide, to harvest salmon from their nets. With views of the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland and Rathlin Island.

We continue along the coastal drive with fantastic views of Whitepark Bay and Portbradden. We visit the 37,000 basalt columns whose tops form “stepping stones” leading from the cliff foot and disappearing under the sea. They reappear in the island of Straffe, hence the legend that this was a road built by the giant Finn McCool to enable him to cross over to Scotland. Truly an amazing wonder of the world!

We travel along the Causeway Coastal route between Ballycastle and Dunluce to experience one of the most dramatic drives in the world, now rated as one of the world’s great road journeys. We transport you by windswept cliffs, spectacular scenery, and fabulous unspoiled beaches.

We continue a wonderful day with a photo stop at Dunluce Castle, home to the McDonnell Clan for many years and considered the most romantic castle in Ireland. En route we pass through Bushmills, famed for the fantastic whiskey, which is enjoyed all over the world.

Our next stop is Belfast City Centre. We provide you with a brief city tour taking in City Hall, the famous Titanic Dry Dock, and also The Victoria Square Centre, with its 360 degree view of the City. We return to Dublin after a great day, arriving in Dublin City at 8.30pm approx!

Tour Departs at 9:00 a.m.
