Departure: 2:15 pm
Duration: 5.5 hours – Return to Florence 7:45 pm

Why not take a trip to the Chianti territory and experience typical Tuscan gastronomy that will be a sure delight for your senses.

Everything about the Chianti countryside is exceptional: the view, the food and especially the wine.

This tour is meant to be an unforgettable experience for your taste buds.

To that end, our first destination is a local farm estate. In its ancient wine cellars we will discover not only the art of wine making, but also how the wines are stored to maintain their excellent bouquets.

Some of the most renowned wines are a product of this enchanting territory, for example ‘Chianti Classico’, ‘Chianti Riserva’, ‘Vermentino’ and ‘Morellino di Scansano’.

While sitting comfortably overlooking the countryside with a glass of excellent wine you will also be able to savor our delightfully crunchy bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, our aromatic vinegar, as well as tasty salami and cheese.

Monteriggioni, the next stop on our itinerary, is one of the gems of the Chianti area.

Here you will have some private time to take in the atmosphere and the quaint homes that line the narrow roads that lead to the fortress.

Back in motion, our tour along the scenic roads of the Chianti countryside will take us to a second winery where other wines will be served.

This time our taste buds can delight in such wines as ‘Chianti DOCG, ‘Chianti Rosé’ ‘Supertuscany’, while munching on our typical Tuscan salami and Cinta Senese salami.

The food, the wine and the view all make for an enchanting afternoon in Chianti.

The return to Florence is scheduled for the late afternoon.
